INCREDIBLE:Troy Deeney projects the date of Leeds United’s official promotion to the Premier League.

Following Leeds United’s remarkable victory on Monday night, they now hold a five-point lead over Sheffield United, bringing them closer than ever to achieving automatic promotion to the Premier League.

With just 34 games played, Leeds has a commanding 75 points, and with 36 points remaining, Daniel Farke’s team appears poised to win a century on the last day when the Whites visit a struggling Plymouth.

Clubs are often promoted with a total of 90 points, which is only five away victories for a team that has fallen behind in games against Sheffield United and Sunderland but has shown the tenacity to win.

Leeds are in a strong position to earn promotion, 12 points clear of third-place Burnley and ahead of Regis Le Bris’ Sunderland. It’s Troy Deeney’s turn now.

Leeds will face West Brom on Saturday, followed by Portsmouth, Millwall, and QPR, with four games remaining before the international break. Leeds would reach 87 points with an additional 12 points.

Championship legend Deeney stated in an interview with TalkSPORT on Tuesday, February 25, at 6:05 AM, that he believes Leeds would be able to announce their promotion to the Premier League in just four weeks.

In four weeks, they should be finished. Regarding Leeds, Deeney stated, “You won’t be changing the manager because he has experience in the Premier League with Norwich and the Premier League needs Leeds.”
